Joining Jura gives an individual, a team, or an enterprise full access to all of the platform's tools, resources, and features for the entire duration of their membership — including direct assistance in operating them, if and when they need it. Membership also entitles you to the provision of feedback and suggestions for the improvement of the platform.
Unified Architecture
Every tool on the platform is a load-bearing pillar of the same integrated architecture. To fragment it would be to offer you something that works less well than it could and should. Jura allows you to construct your case like a logic map, in a node-and-link structure. When starting a new case you define the actors — the persons involved — and the causes of action that link them. The platform enforces the legal requirements of each cause of action you select, prompting you when information is missing from your narrative.
Visual Architecture
Once a case has been instantiated, the platform renders a live, interactive logic map — a spatial overview of your entire case with all actors, causal links, event sequences, and attached materials visible in a single organised location. The map updates in real time as your case develops.
Contextual Search
Deploy Jura's retrieval models to conduct a precedent search across appellate court decisions in Kenya and all Acts currently in force*We do not currently hold High Court cases. Of the Superior Courts, High Court decisions are the most voluminous and carry the least binding authority. We plan to integrate them once platform scale makes the demand clear.. This retrieval operates on meaning and narrative context — not keywords.
Enriched Jurisprudence
Every retrieved case is distilled into its legal issues, narrative summary, and ratio decidendi. Each case explicitly maps the cases it cites — opening a new pool of precedent — and the cases that have since cited it, allowing you to evaluate how the ruling has been applied and whether it has been affirmed or eroded over time.
Dynamic Templates
Jura offers a library of templates for standard legal documents. These are not blank word documents; they are dynamic blueprints integrated into the intelligence architecture, partially auto-populated from the actors, links, and narrative you have already provided. You can also build and submit your own chambers' templates for full integration. Jura does not generate complete documents — drafting assistance is deliberately limited to small sections at a time, ensuring you retain absolute editorial control.
Adversarial Testing
