Help with installing Jura, signing in, memberships, privacy, and using its legal research, drafting, review, and document tools.
Email Jura supportInstallation and opening
In Word, open Add-ins, find Jura, and select Add. Jura then appears on the Word ribbon. Select Desk to open the task pane.
Sign-in and access
Jura uses Microsoft sign-in and requires an active Jura membership or trial. Include the email used to sign in when requesting access help.
Privacy or deletion request
Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not include confidential client documents in the first message.
Technical problem
Tell us your Word platform, Jura version, the feature used, what you expected, and what occurred. Remove client names and other identifying facts from screenshots.
Basic troubleshooting
- Confirm Word is online and updated.
- Close and reopen the Jura task pane, then retry Microsoft sign-in.
- If the issue continues, restart Word and email support with the details above.
Supported Word applications
Jura is designed for Word on Windows with Microsoft 365, Word on Mac with Microsoft 365, Word 2019 or later on Mac, Word on the web, and Word on iPad. Some document-formatting operations depend on capabilities available in the current Word host; Jura uses a compatible fallback where available.
